A word from our CEO regarding the COVID-19 pandemic and our response and commitment to you

On behalf of the DishOut team, I wanted to reach out and say our thoughts are with everyone who has been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. DishOut is here to serve your needs during this unusual and challenging time. Some of our staff already worked virtually prior to the CDC and governmental guidance on working remotely. Therefore, we have the infrastructure in place to adapt to moving our development and support staff to a remote work environment and have already implemented this rather seamlessly.

Our teams are up and running from home around the country and our help desk is setup with all of the necessary equipment to handle your calls and emails. With that said, due to the circumstances, terminal deployments are currently on hold. The best way to reach our help desk at this time is through email at support@trxvault.com. If you have a technical support need, you can still contact us by phone.

Our data center team and Network Operations Center (NOC) are on alert and ready to support our customers in every way. Many of our core products such as Slingshot, our semi-integrated order ahead and delivery app, and PLUS, our enterprise-level loyalty, rewards, and gift card platform are cloud-based and therefore can run anywhere, anytime to support our customers during this period.

We are proud to see many organizations in our industry responding to this unprecedented crisis with so many wonderful and helpful ideas. DishOut is working diligently with our partners, customers, and others in our industry to provide tools to help small businesses during these unprecedented times.

Our goal is to provide our continued service and support that you have grown to expect from DishOut, but at times, please understand we may be working with limited staffing.

As fellow humans, it’s so important we all work together so we can collectively get through this. Stay home, stay healthy, stay strong, and we can hopefully all flatten the curve.
