DishOut, LLC d/b/a TRXvault seeks a Sr Mobile Software Developer in Boca Raton, FL.

Duties: Expertise with Objective-C or Swift (preferred)and/or Intimate familiarity with Android SDK, testing frameworks, and build tooling. Understanding of common iOS design patterns, i.e. MVC, MVVM to learn new concepts and architectures quickly, as well as react to changes in priority or requirements on the fly with Git, branching strategies, and pull requests. Integrating thirdparty libraries through Cocoapods. Experience in writing quality unit tests, UI automation tests, and TDD. Heavy experience with Java 8 on the back end; Android SDK. Web services and SOA related standards like REST/OAuth/JSON and SOAP/WSDL. Proven experience in writing high quality, reusable code with minimal defects. Experience releasing to the App Store frequently, with no loss in code quality. Act as an Android team lead (defining/implementing/maintaining modern application architecture). Mentoring junior team members and contributing to technical discussions (internal/external). Writing reusable components, identifying/utilizing open source, and contributing to the same. Advocating for Android requirements and design on a cross-functional team. Providing thought leadership and making contributions to improve the Android department. Driving internal education efforts, ensuring that the team’s skills develop to keep pace with changing technology. Expert level understanding of object oriented programming, threading/concurrency, unit testing, and modern architectural design. Excellent source control discipline and are comfortable using git flow. Ability engage in technical discussions with clients and peers. Experienced in handling both legacy code and greenfield development and can make technical recommendations based on the needs of the project. Experience as part of a Scrum team and understand Agile methodologies. Domestic travel required up to 5% of the time for client and partner meetings.

Requires a Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Mobile Application Development, Mobile Computing, Computer Science or a similar programming-centric field of study plus 6 years of experience. Requires 6 years of experience in full stack mobile development. Requires 5 years of experience in User Interface/User experience. Requires 5 years of experience with mobile databases. Requires 5 years of experience with APIs. Domestic travel required up to 5% of the time for client and partner meetings.
